Michael Agerter, who lived in Maricopa, Arizona, was a cheerful individual. He and Kathryn Sinkevitch, his ex-girlfriend, recently split up, and he reportedly fought for custody of their young kid. But the jury found her guilty and sentenced her to life in prison for first-degree murder. Kathryn was therefore given a life without parole sentence in 2019.
