James Bubba Stewart is an American professional motocross racer with a net worth of $18 million. He was born on December 21, 1985, in Bartow, Florida. Stewart’s father introduced him to motocross at the age of three, and he entered his first race at four years old. By the time he was 16, Stewart had won 84 amateur national titles.
Stewart turned pro in 2000 and competes in supercross. He was the first African-American to have success at the highest level of any major motorsports association. In 2002, he dominated the 125cc national championship and won the AMA Rookie of the Year award. He also made the list of “20 Teens Who Will Change the World” in Teen People magazine in 2003.
Stewart won the 125 East Supercross title and the 125 Outdoor national title in 2004. He moved up to the premier 450cc class for both the Supercross and Outdoor National Motocross series in 2005. Stewart has 44 Supercross wins and claimed his most recent victory on March 10, 2012, at Daytona International Speedway. He is considered one of the greatest motocross racers of all time.
