Brandon Davis could have died when he wrecked his car on Friday morning in LA.
The Oil heir and Hollywood party boy crashed his Mercedes-Benz S550 so badly the car was almost unrecognizable. He was also slapped with a DUI.
But on Wednesday - just a mere five days after his accident - the 35-year-old best friend of Paris and Nicky Hilton looked like the picture of health with not a scratch on his face as he strolled on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

Dressed in a blue collared shirt and acid washed jeans with matching shoes, the LA native looked like the epitome of rich casual.
The ex-boyfriend of Mischa Barton also had on expensive-looking sunglasses and wore his thick, dark locks parted to the side.
He was holding his cell phone then talking on it. He appeared to be involved in a serious conversation.

The grandson of oil tycoon and entertainment billionaire Marvin Davis was involved in the single car accident in the early hours of Friday morning, TMZ reported Friday.
The car rolled several times and was left a wreck. Davis was treated at the scene and put in a neck brace before being taken via ambulance to hospital, where he was later arrested for DUI.
Davis was pictured earlier in the night drinking what appeared to be red wine while at Matsuhisa Restaurant in Beverly Hills with Hilary Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie.

He was then reported to have headed to 1Oak nightclub in Hollywood , before losing control of his car shortly before 2am while driving home.
Davis, who crashed on Benedict Canyon in Beverly Hills, was believed to be the only person in the vehicle at the time.

Brandon was well known on the party scene during around 2006, where he kept company with Paris Hilton and dated Mischa Barton.

The playboy has previously checked into rehab twice and even pleaded guilty to battery and cocaine possession back in 2011.
During that incident the socialite was handcuffed and arrested by police outside Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood after reportedly punching comedian Ben Gleib during an altercation.

When police searched Davis they found cocaine in his trouser pocket and immediately took him into custody.
Also, last year Davis was accused of beating up actor Jeremy Jackson in a bloody brawl during a party hosted by Paris Hilton.
His brother Jason also has had a well-documented battle with drug addiction and was previously arrested on a substance abuse related matter after he completed a season on the popular reality TV show Celebrity Rehab.
Jason appeared on season four of the hit VH1 show with Dr. Drew in 2010 and his mother, Nancy Davis, previously told Radar, 'My son is an addict.'
